    All of our products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Here at TenWhen Beauty we exercise all healty safety precautions.
  • How do I change or cancel my order?
    Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

    Ten When Beauty Products are available online at www.tenwhenbeauty.com
  • My item arrived damaged, what should I do? "
    If your item arrived damaged, please email us immediately with a picture of what was received. We will work on rectifying the issue as quickly as possible.
  • I received the wrong product, can I return it? "
    If you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@tenwhenbeauty.com. We will work on rectifying the issue as quickly as possible.
  • What forms of payment can I use?
    We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master Card and American Express. You can also pay utilizing your paypal account.
  • Where is my order?
    Once your order has shipped you will be notified via email. That email will also contain a USPS tracking number.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    TenWhen Beauty currently ships in the United States and US Territories; including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
